Strange technicality: this doesn't appear in Toons For Our
Times. However it DID appear twenty years later in Opus's
25th Anniversary book. But....it wasn't in this one, so I'm
putting it up for the sake of complete-ness.

Edited! In the book version, Reagan mentions going
"Ack" to Nancy, not Secretary of Defense Weinberger. No
idea why.
